Please note that Exchange & Return eligibility is available only on selected products. Not all products are eligible for exchange or return.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:
Eligible refunds for COD orders will be provided only as Store Credit, which will be valid for 48 days from the date of issue. Store Credit cannot be converted into cash or transferred to a bank account.

For Online Payment Orders:
Eligible refunds for orders paid through online payment methods will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Refunds may take 8–10 working days to reflect in the customer’s account, depending on the payment gateway or bank.

Shipping Charges:
In case of an eligible return and refund, shipping/delivery charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refundable amount, wherever applicable.
